Bunnies at the Labor Day Tea Party I want to wish everyone a wonderful and restful Labor Day. When I was growing up Labor Day signaled the end of summer and school would start the next day. Now children go back to school in mid-August.
I lived in the Midwest and it was starting to turn cooler by the first Monday of September. It's still very warm here in the south. I would love to be having a tea party, but I will return to work this afternoon and just be thankful for a long weekend. I pray everyone is doing well and having fun whatever you are doing.

What a cute postcard! You are right...it is cooling down up here...it feels wonderful and makes me in the mood for apple crisp and pumpkin pie! :)
I went in to work for a couple of hours this morning...in exchange I will get another day off of my choice as well as the rest of today..Sounded like a good deal to me so I took it.
