My Little Artist!!!

I put the banner up of Avery when she was 3 at our local art school. She loves taking art classes and this was the beginning of her classes. She has grown so much in the past 5 years and she is my little sweetie! I couldn't figure out how to shrink the banner so this is the way it looks. If anyone knows how to shrink it please let me know. I pray everyone has a great weekend and has lots of fun!

She's a cutie!

Sorry, I don't know how to shrink it other than loading it into something like Paint (in the accessories part of your computer) and cutting it down then re-saving it.

Oh, she's so CUTE! She must have been unhappy to pose for a picture. I have an old one of me like that. Mom made me wear a dress for Church (I wanted to wear my jeans), took a picture of me and I was NOT happy! [lol] It looks funny now. ♥ ∞

Hi Nana Trish,

I LOVE the picture of Avery. She is precious. They grow up fast don't they?

I hope you are feeling much better. It is hot here, 90 something today. The kids will be able to wear their costumes without sweaters to cover them. I hated to cover my costume as a kid but growing up in MI.... it was usually cold.

I believe in Angels. It gives me comfort to think that they are watching over us.

hugs,
Barb

If you have a photo manager you need to make the size of the picture a smaller dpi. For instance, when I load pictures onto my computer from my camera, the size of each one is something like 18 in x 15 in and 180 dpi. For my blog banners I change the size to 5.067 in x 2.50 in and 150 dpi. This is the exact size of my newest banner. I know because I made it last night and wrote the dimensions down while I was working everything out. So in essence, just make the picture smaller and load it on the blog again.

Adorable!! What a cutie...

NT: when you go to your layout to edit the photo on the banner, there is a little box that says shrink to fit....you may have to remove the photo and do it again after marking the box....

try that, and if not then resize the photo in an editor program that might help.

Sweet. I believe to shrink the banner you change the size of the photo in your software first.

Yes I believe there are angels all around us.
