Monday, Monday and the Grape Escape

I pray you have had a great Monday. It seems as though I have been yawning all day. I did have some fun times this weekend. Avery, Mark and I watched the American Girl movie, "Kit Kiterridge". It was set in the Depression era and was a very sweet movie. Avery made some cookies and we watched the movie with the lights off.

We went to church yesterday morning and knowing we are just around the corner from Thanksgiving is so strange. I haven't even thought about what we are doing for Thanksgiving dinner. I would like to go out to eat and then go to a movie, but we'll see. I guess I shouldn't think about this stuff when I am so tired. It makes me inclined to just want to chill.

I have been tagged and invited to the Grape Escape over at Muse Swings and Birdbath Chronicles. In the Grape Escape we are heading to a big get together in Italy. Drop over and get the details from the girls. I put this picture from allposters.com. It just seems so peaceful to me. I seem to be craving peace and quiet lately. People that get to map out there own day are blessed. I hope they all appreciate how wonderful it is. I suppose there are people sitting there saying that folks that get to go off to work have it good. We are all blessed!
Have a fabulous weekend!

Thanksgiving is but 17 days away, my friend. 17 days..can not believe it myself. I want to see that movie, but I am afraid, I might have to sneak it in here, being the only girl and all.(well, if you count the dog, lol.) J/K on the sneaking part..they are very good sports when it comes to "chick flicks". Why, they both loved 27 Dresses, just don't tell them that, LOL.

Have a blessed remainder of the week. smiles

Gosh, I didn't realize how close Thanksgiving is!? I haven't been 'in the zone' today either. Feeling kinda low. Not really depressed ... just feel like chilling out more. We don't have T'day plans yet either. All our family is too far away, dead or not speaking to us. [lol] It'll probably just be the two of us and we'll have a nice supper. ♥ ∞

I love Thankgiving as it marks the start of the Holiday Season, and, a time to apprciate all that God has given us. Blessings.

Yes, Thanksgiving is almost here! I did write out my menu and need to get going on a grocery list.

Love the poster...yes, it does look so peaceful and relaxing!...and warm! I'm chilly this evening and that looks so inviting! Guess I'll have to settle on a hot bath!

Maybe an afternoon sleep would be good!

I am glad that we do not have to do Thanksgiving as well as Christmas! Have a great time.
