Happy to Be Back in The Groove!!!

I have certainly missed it outside of blogland. I am still working on my year-end reports, but I am at a place that I have to wait for others parts before I can proceed. So since I had been anxious to get back to visiting every one's blogs I took a break from the work and here I am.

I have worked so much on these reports and I'm nearly dizzy by the time I step away from them. I will feel like jumping up and down and praising the Lord to thank Him for helping me finish. I must thank Him anyway for helping me with the tires and then this past weekend our water heater broke. The carpet got soaked, but we didn't realize until yesterday that it was the hot water heater. We thought it was a broken pipe or the roof leaking somehow. Well, Mark is still on vacation and he was there to get the new hot water heater.

Don't you just love it when you get these challenges somehow all at once? Tires, hot water heater, what fun thing will be next?

I'm off to visit you guys and I am happy to be back in the saddle. Oh yow! Thank the Lord also because I've lost 15 lbs. since the first of December. Hooray!!!!

Wow, congrats on the 15 lb loss. That is fantastic. Are you doing anything special?

Our water heater broke once and flooded the basement. The carpet got all wet. I don't put anything on the closet floor anymore that water will ruin. Glad Mark can fix it.

Our roof did leak...oh boy. We had fun, and the house is only 3 years old. The builder is coming to take a look at it a week later =/

Congratulations on your weight loss during the holidays!

Glad your end of year reports are almost done. My hubby just today finished his. Yeah, for him it is always a huge pressure.

We have all missed you, welcome back.

FIFTEEN POUNDS!!!!!!!

You go girl...you have got to feel great about that!!

Happy, happy, joy, joy!!

Good to hear from you! Sorry about all the stuff happening though..that leaky water thingy..scary stuff, glad it was just the water heater.

One time after we had just moved into a house, I was upstairs busy with something and my son who was then about 7 years old, came up the stairs shaking his head saying, "If I were you, I wouldn't go downstairs"....long story short...the hose connecting the ice maker had come loose and flooded the whole kitchen and dining room...funny now..not then!

I might have found your 15 pounds here in Washington State....I did shave off my beard today...so I hope that drops a couple of ounces. Blessings for a great rest of the week. "In Him we live, and move, and have our being." That is great news! Strider

Hi Trish!

Congrats on the weight loss! That is a wonderful accomplishment! keep up the good work.

Sorry about the water heater. It does seem to happen that way somethimes where everything seems to happen at once. I hope that the bad luck will end now!

Hugs, Pat

Trish! I have missed you very much!!! And here you are with 15 less pounds. Good job! Sorry about all of the things going wrong - perhaps having everything flattening, breaking and leaking in January the rest of the year will run smoothly.

Yeah, TRISH, I have missed you so much! I have your 15 pounds right here, just let me know when you want them back and I'll be glad to send them your way. Until then, guess, I'll keep them nice and warm in Arkansas. LOL :-D

Let's hope you have all your 'challenges' behind you for awhile. We are having our struggles with water over here as well...but it's not coming from a heater (our area is a flood zone)!

Fifteen pounds...now that is worth celebrating.

HOW did you lose 15 lbs over Christmas!? Congratulations!

Will you have to replace the carpeting? When our hot water heater leaked we ended up needing to replace most of our flooring.
