Anniversary Cheesecake

Mika, Saira and our cheesecake
I know this was not what I should have been having, but.........it is my 19th wedding anniversary and Mark is 175 miles away. Two of my friends and I brought our lunch, but then I had found a gift card for Cheesecake Factory in an old purse. Well, it just seemed like the right thing to do. So this afternoon we got a slice of happiness. OMG, it tasted wonderful. I know, Trish, don't complain about your biggie hips and you go to the CF and get such a decadent dessert. I wish you could have all been with us. We laughed and talked about Mika's upcoming wedding. This was a happy day. The picture has glare but we were having fun. I really think it's a good idea to have as much fun as you can. I'm not saying shirk your responsibilities, but laughing is so good for us. Sometimes my life is so full of stuff that I forget about the fun part. I'm trying to remind myself of it. Hooray for cheesecake. It always makes me smile.

Happy 19 years, Trish! Cheesecake makes every celebration just right (especially if it's chocolate)!

Hope you get the chance to celebrate with your hubby properly when he comes home.

Love,

Kat

Trish, Seattle is 3 1/2 hours away. You really are flying from one side of the country to the other. It would have been lovely to have a visit!

Happy Friday my beautiful friend! Thanks for the garage sale tips this week on my post - we are ready for the weekend now.

I know I was just as surprised by MarieAntoinette's comment as you were. Sweet thing she is! I'm praying for complete healing for her.
